Shipping policy

1. Shipping Area

Orders are shipped from the United States.

We currently only support delivery within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.

We also cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.

2. Shipping Fees

Orders of $89.99 or more qualify for free shipping.

For orders under $89.99, the shipping fee is $10.

3. Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM will be processed the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following day.

During public holidays, order processing will be postponed to the next business day.

4. Order Processing Time

Order processing time is 1–3 business days. In exceptional circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible.

5. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

6. Carriers Used

We may use common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the shipment and destination.

7. Order Tracking

After your order, you will receive an email containing the order number, payment receipt (Visa, MasterCard), and carrier information.

You can track your order on the “Order Tracking” page of our website by entering your email or phone number along with the order number.

8. Liability Statement

Damaged or lost items: If damage or loss occurs during transit, we will assist you and propose a solution.

Changes and cancellations: Once the order has been shipped, it is not possible to change the delivery address or cancel the order. Please contact us before shipment if you need to make changes.

Delivery address responsibility: Please ensure you provide a correct address. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address.

9. Notes Upon Receipt

Upon receiving the parcel, please check that the packaging is intact. If there is visible damage or an issue, report it immediately to the carrier and refuse delivery.

Without immediate reporting, it may be difficult to resolve the issue later.
